These varied approaches enable us to connect with a broad audience and build relationships within the real estate market.

How do we transfer leads to realtor?

We ensure a seamless transfer of all generated leads to our agents through live transfers facilitated by our support managers in conference calls. During these calls, our support manager introduces the designated realtor to the client personally. If a realtor is unavailable for a live transfer, we guarantee prompt communication by sending the leads via text or email. This approach ensures a swift and timely transition of leads to the relevant realtor, upholding efficient and effective communication channels.

Is there any signup fee?

Yes, there is a one-time setup fee for signing up. However, this fee will be refunded back to your account upon the first successful closing. The purpose of this fee is to ensure that only committed realtors participate and to discourage uncommitted individuals from signing up.

Is there any monthly fee or hidden charges?

There are no monthly fees or any hidden charges whatsoever.

What services do we provide?

We offer confirmed leads to property professionals, furnishing comprehensive details about potential clients, including their schedule, financial plan, and preferred location. This additional information is provided without any extra charges.

What is our Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel our services at any time without incurring any cancellation charges.

If a real estate service is discontinued by the agent, what happens then?

If a property agent decides to end the service but wants to keep the leads, they are still required to remit the referral fee for successfully closed deals.

Is there any support system?

Certainly, we have a dedicated support team available to assist our real estate professionals every day throughout the year, including weekends and holidays.

What if you want to cancel your service or plan?

If you wish to retain our leads, you are still obligated to pay us the referral fee on successfully closed transactions.

Is there any time-bound contract?

While we don't enforce a time-bound contract, we do have a fundamental agreement that details the services and the process of joining. The real estate professional is obligated to electronically sign this agreement through email.
